Our warehouse processes orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Important: We do not offer shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please also make sure to provide an accurate and current delivery address. If your package is returned as undelivered, we will issue a refund for the order but subtract the outbound shipping cost from your refund amount.

Please note that we do not offer expedited shipping at this point.

Once an order has shipped, we will no longer be able to edit or cancel the order.

Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping. No promo code required; free shipping will automatically be applied to your order at checkout. Valid on shipments to U.S. delivery addresses in the state of California only.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated delivery time is calculated from the moment the shipping confirmation is sent.

Ground delivery: Arrives within 3-5 business days of shipping from our warehouse.

Please note: Deliveries may take longer in certain remote areas, as well as during the holidays or during sales events and unusually busy shipping periods.
